DemcoTECH has supplied five travelling maintenance trolleys for projects involving pipe conveyors supported in triangular gantries for our Clients including SENET, FLSmidth Minerals, CKIT Conveyor Engineers and Grindrod Terminals.  These maintenance trolleys were developed by CKIT Conveyor Engineers and include :- Hydraulic driven travel mechanisms. Solid rubber tyres. Inclination up to 14 degrees. Self-propelled by on-board generator. Safety facilities. Maintenance power sockets.

Design and specifications for a 4.3km long, two-way troughed conveyor for Koch Germany, as a sub-contract to CKIT Conveyor Engineers.  This conveyor transports up to 900tph on the top, export strand and up to 300tph on the bottom, import strand. Multiple conveyor drives at head and tail tations. Multiple loading and discharge facilities. Belt turnovers. Contract type : Design and engineering contract.
